• 50% Hands-on Shelterly Training: Participants will refresh core skills and practice advanced workflows including organizing and managing response efforts across hotline, field, debrief, and shelter/intake operations.

• 25% Lecture Series: Covers best practices, lessons learned from deployments, and advanced Shelterly usage strategies.

​​

• 25% Roundtable/Q&A: Focused on interoperability, practical use cases, and getting to know each other and local agencies.
