Shelterly’s Field functionality enables efficient coordination between service requests and field teams. Dispatchers can assess needs, assign service requests based on team skills and location, and deploy teams in real time. With interactive maps, priority filters, and robust reporting tools, it helps organizations manage resources efficiently, even under dynamic incident conditions.

Debrief
The Debrief module supports accurate, timely updates after field teams complete their visits. Trained Debriefers can work remotely to efficiently log outcomes, update animal statuses, and add follow-up instructions to maintain continuity across shifts, saving time.

The Intake module streamlines the process of admitting animals into shelter care—whether from field assignments, owner drop-offs, or non-owner walk-ins.
